NJEA has an online membership application. This application allows you digitally apply for membership using your smartphone or tablet. They do not recommend that you apply using a laptop or desktop, because there are areas where a touch screen is best for signature. However, you can use your mouse or track pad to sign as best you can, if a mobile device is not accessible.
